Shipping and Delivery
We have partnered with Shiprocket/Professional Courier Services for reliable delivery.
Delivery charges will be calculated and informed at the time of purchase.
Return and Refund Policy
Damaged Products: If you receive a damaged product, you must raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery by providing clear photos or videos as proof.
Refund Confirmation: Refunds are subject to the supplier’s confirmation (Shreenath Natural) before processing.
Refund Amount: We offer a 100% refund (excluding transportation charges) once the return is approved.
Refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 7 business days after approval.
Cancellations
Orders once placed cannot be canceled unless approved by Shreenath Natural.
Cancellations due to product unavailability or delays will be communicated, and a full refund will be issued if applicable.
Responsibilities and Liabilities
We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.
Product quality and authenticity are ensured through our trusted suppliers; however, natural variations may occur.
